Spring Break!

Hey yalls!
Spring Break is upon up and while some are traveling the country, some of us are stuck babysitting their younger brother while their parents head out to Italy (can you guess who?). Anyway, this is a perfect opportunity to get your heads nice and empty before the day after break. Now I don't know if there will be any updates till after the break because my american cousin is heading out to freaking Ireland over the break, but stay tuned because I am actually going to update some other things soon! By the way, you know how your spanish teacher loves to use this site called Conjuguemos? Well, let me tell you, it's not that great. I checked it out and it's not really that helpful, especially if your answer is something like "one time" on a question that the answer is "once", you're gunna get it wrong. It's ridiculous. I am hoping to get a few games on here (probably made by Allison) so it is less painful.

Tips For Preterite vs. Imperfect Quiz (Spanish 2)

OK, now It seems that everyone was given a test that thy had no idea what dodo because it was in paragraph form. Yes, I also think we should have either practiced it that way or just done another worksheet for the quiz.
Anyway, here are some tips so you don't get a 28% or something this time around:

- Break up the sentences
Although we don't know what it looks like, I'm pretty sure that it's going to be in paragraph form again, so it may help if you break them apart to be more like a worksheet.

- Treat them like they are alone
Each sentence stands alone, just conjugate it like it has no other sentences near it.

- Learn the conjugations
Can't really do the earlier step if you don't know how to conjugate this stuff, look on the verb conjugation page

- Try not to go into it feeling like your going to fail again
At least make an effort

Hope you don't fail again!

Preterite vs. Imperfect

Due to the fact that no one is really secure on the difference between preterite and imperfect, I'll make a video to help out when I get a minute. If you just need the conjugations, go to the verb conjugation page.
